By using Ortabahçe you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.
Ortabahçe is a verified dating and social discovery platform for university students. You can only sign up with a valid university email.
You must be at least 18 years old and an active university student. Creating fake profiles, impersonating others or sharing false information is prohibited. Profile photos must be real photos that clearly show you.
The following lead to permanent account suspension: harassment, threats or hate speech; sharing personal data without consent; spam or commercial use; obscene or illegal content.
You are responsible for everything you share, including photos and messages. Ortabahçe reviews reported content and may remove it. You can report inappropriate behavior with "Report" inside the app.
You are responsible for keeping your account secure. Never share your password. If you suspect unauthorized use, contact support@ortabahce.app right away.
The Ortabahçe name, logo and design belong to us. You keep the rights to your content; by posting it you grant Ortabahçe a license to display it as part of the service.
We may change, suspend or discontinue the service. Important changes are announced in the app.
To the extent permitted by law, Ortabahçe is not liable for damages arising from interactions between users. The service is provided "as is".
You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Delete Account or by emailing support@ortabahce.app.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence remain unaffected.
